    Elizabeth M. Horton---- a Novelist and Partner of Single Empowerment Network Foundation.
    The guests focused their discussion on the impact of determination on young women and girls, how they can stay focused or determined and achieves their goals in a society like Liberia.
    In Girl-Power discussion, the Head of United Youth and Kids Advocate-Liberia defined determination as “getting your dreams accomplished.”
    According to G.T Maggie Seegbe, patience and self-confidence are key to determination.
    She however urged young women and girls to always forgo obstacles and failures and remain focused and self-determined to move forward in life.
    For her part, Elizabeth M. Horton defined determination as having a dream and doing all you can to pursue your dream.
    She added that self-determination has to do with personal development.
    She however urged young women and girls to always have a dream and stay focused in order to be determined.
