<p style="text-align: justify;">Around town AUGUST 31, 2017 Edition discussed the issue of individuals who have decided not to vote in the October 10 presidential and legislative Elections due to one reason or the other.<br><strong>Rev. Emmanuel Bowier</strong>, former information minister, an immanent Citizen and Historian served as guest on the show.<br>Rev. Bowier said that the lack of Civic education in schools is the reason why some individuals have decided not to vote.</p>
