Closure of UNMIL

The United Nations Mission in Liberia was established in October 2003 to support for the implementation of a ceasefire agreement and peace process, and to assist with the maintenance and restoration of law and order throughout Liberia. The mission successfully completed its mandate on 30 March 2018.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Business and economics is a program aired every Monday at 9am with a repeat on Friday same time aimed at hearing from business owners, economists, and all of those involved with helping us understand the economy.<br>The economy is under stress according to madam president the US rate is sky rocketing, prizes of basic commodities on the local market are increasing on a daily basis, and the most noticeable these few days is the hike in the prize of gasoline on the market!<br>Well to help us understand why all of this is happening and what is been done to solve these problems, we have invited the Press and public affairs director at the ministry of commerce, Mr. Mitchell Jones<br>As you know the Commerce ministry regulates, develops and promotes trade by formulating appropriate policies.</p>
