Closure of UNMIL

The United Nations Mission in Liberia was established in October 2003 to support for the implementation of a ceasefire agreement and peace process, and to assist with the maintenance and restoration of law and order throughout Liberia. The mission successfully completed its mandate on 30 March 2018.

Kpargoi said the LEC is taking steps to improve services to the people<br>2.&nbsp;<strong>Pewee Flomoku</strong>-Chief of Party-Carter Center Liberia&nbsp; spoke a recent visit to Liberia by a high level team&nbsp; from&nbsp; Carter Center<br>3.<strong>&nbsp;Sam Collins</strong>-LNP Spokesperson&nbsp; provided updates on the operations of the national police<br>4.&nbsp;<strong>Rev. Robert Bimba</strong>-National SRI Facilitator/CEO-Community of Hope Agriculture Program-CHAP&nbsp; talked about a bumper harvest of locally&nbsp; grown rice</p>
