Closure of UNMIL

The United Nations Mission in Liberia was established in October 2003 to support for the implementation of a ceasefire agreement and peace process, and to assist with the maintenance and restoration of law and order throughout Liberia. The mission successfully completed its mandate on 30 March 2018.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Coffee Break on Monday , October 30 , 2017 hosted the following persons :<br>Isaac Redd-Communications Director/House of Representatives . Redd disclosed that President Sirleaf has sent two concessions to the lower house in a bid to boost road connectivity .<br><strong>James Joah</strong>-Administrator/Montserrado County Health Services.&nbsp; According to Joah , the county team is working progressively to improve health care delivery in Montserrado.<br>&nbsp;<strong>James Kolleh</strong> / Speaker of the Mano River Youth Parliament.&nbsp; Kolleh explained that his organization is working with the Carter Center in rolling out a campaign of peacebuilding in rural Liberia.&nbsp;<br><strong>Stephen Lavalah</strong>-Head/Youth Exploring Solutions-YES . He is&nbsp; urging&nbsp; political actors to put environmental protection at the front burner.</p>
