Good morning ladies and gentlemen of the media. We are once again happy to be with you today for this important press briefing because it centers on rule of law, which is very crucial for Liberia’s peace consolidation.
We have as our guest today, the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the Rule of Law, Ms. Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu. She will be addressing you all on the key issues of rule of law.
