    • The United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) has handed over an assortment of Office Equipment to the Judicial Inquiry Commission.
    • Chief Justice Francis Korkpor said, the donation is a continued effort by UNMIL aimed at ensuring that the work of the Judiciary is carried out smoothly.
    • The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection is today celebrating the Day of the African Child with a commitment to forge partnerships to protect children from electoral violence.
    • The National Election Commission has assured Liberians carrying legitimate voters registration cards full participation in the electioneering process.
    • Meanwhile, the Elections Coordination Committee (ECC) has expressed disappointment in a recent comment attributed to the chairman of the elections commission that all Liberians carrying legitimate voters registration cards will fully participate in the electioneering process; even if their names are not on the voter’s roll.
