Around 40 participants from the Ministries of Justice, National Defense, Internal Affairs, Finance and Development Planning, Labor, University of Liberia, security agencies, civil society groups, United States Embassy, Swedish Embassy , African Union, ECOWAS, UNDP and UNMIL attended the meeting.
