    • The Chairman of the National Elections Commission has issued the Writ of Elections on the 19 election magistrates across the country through the Clerk of Writ.
    • The Liberian Government has announced the probable outbreak of Meningitis in the country.
    • A common cause of bacterial meningitis is Neisseria meningitides. Transmission is person-to-person from respiratory droplets during close and prolonged contact.
    • The Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Lofa County says if the rule of law is not upheld, it is a recipe for chaos and social disorder in society.
    • The Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) says it will remain focused in carrying out its mandate to achieve the monetary policy objectives of the bank.
    • More than 6,000 migrants have been rescued from the Mediterranean Sea after leaving the North African coastline at the weekend.
