    • The Liberian government has launched the zero hunger strategic review report with a call for collective efforts to boost agriculture productivity.
    • The special representative of the UN Secretary –General Farid Zarid commended the partnership between the UN and the government in developing the report; describing it as an important sign-post for achieving positive results.
    • Two Senators of Bong and Lofa counties have assured the women of Liberia of a quick passage of the domestic violence act but with no set time line.
    • Korpo Jima, a victim of domestic violence, has pleaded with senators to pass the domestic violence act to deter would-be perpetrators of the act.
    • The New African Research and Development Agency (NARDA) has released its partnership school for Liberia survey report in Monrovia.
    • The Director of Planning at the Ministry of Education, Binta Massaquoi said the Ministry remains committed in ensuring that Liberian children are given access to conducive learning environments.
    • The Liberia Revenue Authority has hosted what it calls “Tax Clinic” with marketers in the Red Light and Old Road Communities.
    • Vision Africa Network a local youth grouping has launched the Liberia Junior Writers’ Series.
