    Women’s World discussed the “Ride and Walk for Cancer campaign” and featured Dr. Dawn Barnes-President of the Liberia Cancer Society and Dana Van-Ee-Treasurer/Liberia Cancer Society-Chairperson of the Ride and Walk for cancer campaign. February is celebrated annually as the International Month of cancer awareness.

    Professor  Debee Sayndee/ Head of the Kofi Annan Institute for Conflict Transformation University of Liberia . He disclosed that the Institute and partners begun a two day international conference on security sector reform
    Mafanta Kromah /  Executive Director Voices Against Violence .  She explained that the group has embarked on a campaign to prevent violence against women and girls in the society
    Alex Devine / Head of Devine  Consultancy .
    The organization was participating in an international debate on “Black History” hosted by the US Embassy in Liberia

    Roland Kamara / Director NED –Lib Vocational Institute. Kamara announced that the institution is stepping  up efforts to provide technical and vocational education to the youth of Liberia
