    • Atty. Ramsay Kumbayan/ Deputy Director General for concession National Bureau of Concessions (NBC) disclosed that the NBC and partners hold a multi-stakeholder forum on concession.
    • Harold Aidoo/ Executive Director of the Institute for Research and Democratic Development (IREDD) announced that IREDD has released its legislative report card.
    • NUWOE Kellen / Coordinator of the “B” certificate program of the Kakata Rural Teachers Training Institute (KRTTI) said the institution has begun the recruitment of new trainees.
    • Stephen Lavala Director of Youth Exploring Solution (YES) said YES is to hosts what it calls a national ocean summit
    • Randolph Kolleh  / Executive Director Malhok Foundation said the organization is embarking on a project to reduce maternal mortality in Liberia

  • Transition and Governance: (20 May 2017)

    UNMIL Radio’s “Transition and Governance” program on Tuesday hosted officials of the UNDP and the National Bureau of Concessions.
    They spoke of the holding of a two –day multi stakeholders meeting aimed at improving citizens’ engagement in concessions management and managing concession-related conflicts.

    • The valedictorian of the graduating class assured that they will exercise the knowledge acquired to ensure access to justice.
    • UNESCO Regional Director with office in Abuja, Nigeria, has praised the level of progress in Liberia since the civil war.
    • Twenty -four youth from different parts of the country are expected to receive the Mandela Washington Fellowship initiative in the US.
    • The director of the Bureau of National Fire Service, Warsuah Barvoh said there still exist challenges in fighting fire in the country.
